Bueno

My wife and I attended a wedding at the Hamilton College chapel last summer. After the ceremony, we joined the wedding party and walked down through the woods to the Farm. It couldn't have been more convenient, beautiful or a more romantic way to start a new union. If they decide to renew their vows I'm gonna go back ans stay at Harding Farm.

Our family has spent many a magical weekend at Harding Farm -- a 1794 dairy farm -- right next door to the Hamilton College President's House. It is an absolutely beautiful setting with charming antique residences, century-old orchards, large well kept lawns, and miles of hiking and biking trails. The property is historically significant as the first land grant West of colonial New York made to Samuel Kirkland, the founder of Hamilton College. There was plenty of room for our entire family (of 6) plus two other families (friends of ours) who stayed at the other residences on the property making the weekend even more special.

Harding Farm is a little piece of history nestled in the New York mid west which is rich with more and beauty. The farm house overlooks a bison field and each structure on the property provides its tenants with comfort and privacy. We were very impressed with and happy with the accomodations.

So charming and idyllic. We stayed here on a visit to Hamilton College with our daughter. The beds were comfy and our younger daughter loved the wonderful swing on the big tree overlooking the orchard. She wants to go back!
